Delivery of parcels to the EU:
We will post the parcels within 1 - 4 business days. At the moment the delivery of packages from Switzerland to the EU can take approx. 1 - 2 weeks!
However, when ordering a shark adoption, we can send you the adoption certificate directly as a PDF by EMail.
We may still have questions regarding your order. Please also check your spam folder from time to time.
With a white shark adoption you support the work of the Shark Foundation for the global protection of the highly endangered white sharks.
A shark adoption will fully benefit the projects with these sharks. If we do not have any projects with this particular shark species at times, we will assign the adoption to very similar projects.
You pay an adoption once. However, we will ask you a maximum of once a year if you would like to renew your adoption.
Together with a printed photo of the shark species you will receive a numbered adoption certificate and a description of the species.
If the adoption is intended for a gift, please tell us the name of the person you are sponsoring for the sponsorship certificate.

The delivery time is about 1 - 2 weeks in Europe. Please inform us if it is urgent.

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of dispatch.
Mistakes can happen and we are no exception. Please report the problem to us by email within 7 days of receiving the product, as the error may be easy to rectify. Otherwise we will be happy to send you a correct, new product or refund the costs.
We have made every effort to describe our products as accurately as possible. If you are still not satisfied with the product, please send us an e-mail and simply return the product to us in its original packaging.
We will refund the price of the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs in this case.
Refunds are usually made within approx. 14 days. The money will be transferred to your original payment method.
If we have delivered an incorrect or defective product, we will of course cover the cost of returning it in its original packaging and send you a return label free of charge.
Unfortunately, in all other cases we cannot refund the return costs.
Our parcels are insured for shipping and we track the delivery. If a package is lost, we will take care of it. Please send us an email to . If a parcel and its contents have been damaged during transportation, please report this to us and your shipping service provider (e.g. Swiss Post or DHL) as soon as possible.
